Formal admission is contingent upon all of the following:

If you are currently enrolled in an A.D.N. or Diploma program, you must be in good academic standing
Successful completion of the nursing prerequisite courses
Cumulative GPA of at least 2.0
Passing NCLEX (at completion of A.D.N or Diploma program)
Submitting application for the appropriate entry term and either paying the $55 application fee or providing the necessary documentation for an application fee waiver
Meeting Illinois State University's general admission requirements
Submitting official transcripts from all college and universities attended
